US orders are shipped via USPS and you should receive your package within 5-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for priority shipping. We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivered packages that are reported as lost or stolen are not our responsibility. Packages that have been lost by USPS will be replaced after 4 weeks. Refunds are not issued on lost packages. Please note, all international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada post. Orders are are picked up by Canada Post at 2PM daily, so orders placed after 2PM PST will be processed the following shipping day. All orders placed after 2PM PST Friday and on weekends will be shipped the following Monday. Orders are shipped in the order they are received.
Priority and Express options offer full tracking. Please, look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package. Standard shipping offers delivery confirmation at final destination.
