We understand that buying shoes online can be challenging. Small Lot Co. is happy to exchange or refund unworn items in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with the return. Damaged or Defective product

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product we will offer either a FULL refund, store credit or exchange. You MUST contact us within 10 days of receipt at hello@smalllot-co.com to open a claim. Small Lot Co. will be responsible for return shipping costs .
